Scene 1:

Location: On the road

Arushi is overwhelmed to see vihaan’s sincere interest

Vihaan offers to give money to a girl begging, and arushi stops him, asking how can he spoil her, and make her more stuck in this trap. She then tells that girl, that she would rather educate her rather than encourage for her begging. The girl’s education and work is taken care of by vihaan. The girl leaves, while vihaan thanks arushi for showing him the right path. Arushi says that they really make a nie pair, and everytime create magic when they meet. She leaves, while he firmly believes it, smiling.

Scene 2:

Location: Arushi’s residence

While arushi’s mother and mili are talking, as to how the sweater keeps tearing despite many amends. Arushi walks in, and says that she doesnt need to wear this, as she would buy a new one, but Mili says that she wats this one only. Her mother gets down to stitching it. She says that she knows that she doesnt want her to be bothered with new expenditures. The editor calls up arushi, and desperately asks for a meeting, so that they can meet and discuss some things, to both their profit.

As she is working in the room, and he comes and surprises her by asking for food, while she asks if he wont drink. He says that he has decided to leave it, and how drink has altered his life and his thinking, and that he has decided to turn over a new leaf, and promises that he wont drink, and change as a man. She starts smiling, and goes hastily to set the food. After she leaves, he smiles evilly, while getting tensed, when dadaji watches him from his room, sternly. He understnds whats his son is upto. Arushi meanwhile is thinking about her financial crisis, but composes herself, when her mother walks in. They have a light banter and thn arushi leaves, so that her mother doesnt get tensed. But she finds her note book, and is tenseed, that arushi is thinking about the financial problems, and hopes that she gets relieved of all these problems soon.

Scene 3:

Location: Vihaan’s residence

All are enjoying the cold and chilly weather outside, when mini and priyanka again keep squabbling. Grannny comes and asks for vihaan, and all rush to get him. meanwhile, vihaan is still thinking of ways to propose, and starts practising romantic lines. While vihaan is practising his proposal with the pillow, his bengali mother hears from outside, and is super happy, and goes out to tell it to others. Vihaan meanwhile is stunned and shocked, and scared too. she blabbers it to the other ladies, that he is in love, and that he has selected a girl. The ladies are all shocked to know that he is in love, and annoyed that he didnt tell them, and that the priest was right after all. granny is super tensed. Narmada asks about him, and she says that vihaan was in his room, proposing to the girl, and she herself heard it. Meanwhile, vihaan comes out pretending to be cool, and says that he wants to share someting with them. They wait. Finally, he starts with the word, LOVE, and starts reading out from a blank paper, as if he has written something. They are all tensed, boggled, and happy at the same time. He saysthat he composes after a long tim,e and they are disappointed, but ask who he wrote it for, and if he is in love. He pretends to be shocked, and the bengali lady asks about what he heard. granny reprimands her for creating a mountain out of a molehill. He asks about his poem, and thy resignedly say that it was okay, and how they thought that he is in love, and ask him to think before fallinf for someone, as she would have to measure upto them. He thinks that he got svaed, but wonders how arushi would be saved. While all the ladies are enjoying and dancing, and making merry when a group of youngsters, pass comments on the ladies, as to it not being their age for partying. All the ladies get tensed, while vihaan is enraged. Vihaan is about to answer, but mini stops him and then calls them in, and starts taunting them, with a particular and appropriate reply, and silence the youngsters, saying that celebrations and partying are irrespective of the age, while granny instructs them to have fun with their families. The youngsters understand it, and demand for partying with them, and asks if they too can join in. priyanka gives a fitting reply, but then laughs, and all join in merriment. Then vihaan asks granny to cut the cake, as the countdown finishes, and they have a merry start to the new year, 2015. Vihan again hallucinates arushi, joining them for the celebrations. He starts dancing with her, as if noone exists, by the bonfire. He snaps out of his dream, and smiles, thinking that by the next new year’s they shall be together.

Scene 4:

Location: On the road

While vihaan is discussing business with some poeple, girish passes by with his friend, on the bike. He thinks that this is the right time to teach vihaan a lesson, as he humiliated them in the park. He notices an iron rod lying near the roadside, and picks it up, with evil intentions. He progresses towards vihaan. The screen freezes on their faces.

Precap: 

Granny is allowed in the temple, for a VIP darshan in the temple, but arushi breaks the barricade and stops her, saying that she cant go ahead. Arushi is tensed, while granny is boggled.

Scene 1:

Location: In the hospital

The receptionist tells arushi, a particular room number, when she enquires about someone. she starts walking towards the corridor, searching for the room. meanwhile vihaan comes waiting for the elevator, and is shocked to find areushi in the hospital, and thinks that if she sees his seven mothers, she would reject his love, even before he gets a chance to profess it to her. He reaches to her, and asks whats she doing here. She says that his phone was unrerachable, and hence she came to check on his mother. He takes the flowers, and says that she cant meet as she is sleeping. when she says that she shall wait, then he tells that she is not going to be able to meet anyone, as she is going to be discharged tomorrow. He apologises for her effort gone in vain. She asks him not to bother. He thanks her for this gesture. she smiels and says goodbye and leaves. He apologises that till he doesnt propose, and gets a yes, till then, he cant make her meet her seven mothers, and he awaits the moment, when she becomes his wife, and bahu to his seven mothers.

Scene 2:

Location: Jogging Park

Vihaan and mini are jogging in the park, where girish too is with his friend, leeringly looking at girls, and finally spots mini. They are trying to take obscene pics, and try to capture mini too in the frame, while she is exercising, and think that they shall get double the money. Just as they are about to click, a hand comes on his shoulder, and vihaan gives a tight slap to girish, as he turns around. mini comes and asks whats happened. vihaan takes the cell, and says that he was teaching this guy a lesson. when mini sees the pic, she is enraged, and turns around girish, and identifies the guy, while vihaan asks who is he. She says that he is an eveteaser. as girish tries to speak, vihaan grabs him by the collar, saying that he is lucky, they arent calling the police. They both apologise, and say that they would delete the pics, and his friend demands and begs to be given one more chance. Mini asks them to learn a lesson, and start respecting women, atleast his won mother. girish is angry but doesnt say anything. vihaan and mini leave. Girish takes vihaan’s pic and thinks that this slap would cost him dearly.

Scene 3:

Location: Vihaan’s residence

As he comes out, he is surprised to find that there arent any articles, in the newspaper, by the Dilwali Kudi. Mini comes with breakfast, while all the ladies ask her to go and fresh up. she complies. But when she comes back, Mini is angry to find that harpreet mixed up the juice and breakfast with other items, with calorie, but which look identical, and replaces fat free food that mini serves. all have a good laugh, as the mothers fight amongst themselves. Granny and vihaan too join them.

Scene 4:

Location: Arushi’s residence

Arushi tries hard to cheer up her mother, asking her not to bother over what happened last night. Meanwhile, prahlad asks girish to try and get some money from arushi. Girish gets angry asking how long can he make excuses, and whats the use, when there isnt any money in her account. Prahlad says that gattu has assured that they shall win the next time. Girish tells what happened in the morning. they both are tensed. Dadaji finds them talking. Prahlad tells girish that daughter maybe broke, but the mother still has some jewellery to sell. thy both laugh evilly, while dadaji is angry. He goes to arushi, saying that he has asked her several times, but she never told, and today he wants to ask her, if she knows, and is going to say or not. Arushi is tensed. he asks if her father spent the entire money or not. he starts venting out his anger at prahlad, while arushi asks him to calm down, and that he made a mistake, but it was unintentional. Her mother asks whats the matter. she tells what prahlad told her, and asks her to let bygones be bygones, and hence they should move on. She requests them both, and leaves. He says that she is repeatedly doing this mistake. Arushi’s mother hopes that asap, arushi should get married to a nice person, so that she isnt trapped, in her father and her brother’s lecherous trap. They are hopeful of a grand marriage for arushi. Vihaan calls arushi and first talks to mili. When arushi tkaes over, they chitchat, and then vihaan tries to fix a date with her. Arushi asks where shall they meet. He fixes a date, with a time and venue with her. She agrees. he smiles. But is shocked, when he finds that a confused harpreet stands in the doorway. When she asks what she came here for, vihaan is relieved that she didnt hear much, or of relevance. she leaves. He wonders whether she heard, or is enacting, and if narmada gets to know, there would be unnecessary trouble.

Scene 5:

Location: Coffee Shop

As vihaan and arushi, meet in the coffe shop, he discusses about the professor and his wife, and if dilwali kudi, got to know this, she would have spread the news. He says that he didnt do it for publicity, and empathises for the parents, who give so much love and concern, and are neglected when they need it. He says that he is tensed, that the column isnt coming, and she suggests that maybe she too is going through a personal crisis. He says that she solves all problems. He starts expressing as to how, he would call up the editor to know about the identity of dilwali kudi, and also why hasnt she updated over the past couple of days. As he dials the number, arushi stands tensed, thinking that her secret might be out now. The screen freezes on her face.

Vihaan and Aarushi are sitting in what looks like a small garden or a park. Vihaan pours himself and Aarushi some masala chai from a flask. Aarushi is surprised over his appearance and questions him about it and then about the many missed calls from him yesterday. Vihaan blurts out if her Rishta is fixed. Aarushi says no and Vihaan relaxes. She asks him if everything is fine and he confesses about his mom being in the hospital and him being tensed. She inquiries in which hospital his mom is admitted and he answers “City Hospital.” He asks her about the Rishta and just when she is about to answer, her phone rings and her friend calls her for a meeting. Aarushi apologizes and tells him about the meeting. Vihaan asks if she cannot wait for a bit but she denies and promises to pray for his mom before leaving. Vihaan looks after her wishing that she would trust him with her problems too and that he would in turn take all her burdens away, giving her every happiness possible. He gets up to walk away and wishes that her meeting would get cancelled. Aarushi get’s a call from Rosanne that the meeting is cancelled. Vihaan turns around but Aarushi doesn’t turn back and he leaves. Aarushi turns back towards him but she doesn’t stop him from leaving and leaves herself too.

Vihaan’s 6 mothers are laughing in Dadi’s hospital room. The nurse comes there to tell them off but they claim that laughter is their way of keeping sickness away. The nurse leaves them to it. Bua Maa comments on how their Daughter-In-Law will think they are crazy because of their behavior and Dadi get’s worried again about Vihaan’s marriage.

Aarushi’s dad and brother are having lunch and discussing how close they were to loosing Aarushi plus her salary. Her dad instructs Girish to inform him about every happening in the house from now on to avoid such situation in the future. Her mom asks them if they need any more Roti and after their denial, she takes her plate and comes near them to eat. Her Dad scolds her and tells her to stand up. Aarushi’s Dada comes there and stops his bullying by scolding him for his behavior that caused Aarushi’s rishta to be broken. Her Dada promises to slap the dad when he crosses his limit. The Dada and the mom leave. Her dad promises to leave the house himself once he wins at gambling.

Gattu’s scene from last Monday is repeated where he says he will make the Queen his.

The female doctor warns Vihaan about taking better care of Dadi’s Blood pressure. All the mothers file out of the room and complain that they were kicked out to Vihaan. He tells them to rest now that Dadi is better. Chachi Maa sees the doctor and starts questioning her about her family and her profession. The doctor get’s a call from her daughter and Vihaan is relieved. Saarthi blurts out that they don’t need to look for a girl anymore for Vihaan and everyone is shocked. One of them asks Saarthi if Vihaan likes someone. Vihaan quickly takes over and says Of course not. Saarthi is just implying that the right girl will come to him someday and not to get worried. Vihaan is relieved that he is saved again and thinks that if his mother’s come to know about Aarushi, they will straight away take his Baraat to her house. But he wants her to fall for him and say yes to his proposal, only then will he think about marriage with her.

Rosanne tells Aarushi that Vihaan traveled to their office specially to meet her but Aarushi denies it. She claims that they are just friends and Rosy scoffs.

Vihaan warns Saarthi from telling the mothers about Aarushi. Saarthi promises not to divulge the secret. Some random old man tries to commit suicide by trying to fall down the stairs and Vihaan saves him. Old man is angry at being saved while his wife cries and asks Vihaan to leave.

Aarushi and Rosy are trying to find a Rickshaw with no luck. Rosy tells Aarushi to visit his mom. Aarushi agrees and calls him up but his phone is unreachable. She worries that his mom’s heath may have worsened. Aarushi get’s a call from her mother who asks her to buy a packet of salt and 2 kilo potatoes. Aarushi takes her mother’s permission to go to the hospital.

The nurse informs Vihaan, Dadi and Saarthi that the old man wasn’t trying to commit suicide just break his hands and legs so he could stay in the hospital for a few more days since he has no house. The old man is a professor who owned a lavish 2 bedroom hall kitchen apartment, which he transferred to his sons 2 years go. After that they ignored him and he pretended to have chest pains and started living in the hospital by one or the other reason because he thinks of the hospital as his house.

Vihaan goes to the old professor and tells him that he will be discharged soon. The professor get’s angry on Vihaan and Vihaan tells him that even he was abandoned by his father but he didn’t quit living. He tells the old man to get a brain. Vihaan tells the old man to live for his wife. The old man claims that old parents only want some love and attention from their children. The doctor visits and says that he will be discharged ASAP. Vihaan tells the moron, I mean the old man to rest and asks if they need anything.

Aarushi queries the hospital receptionist on Vihaan’s mother’s room. Vihaan sees her walking towards the room and get’s shocked. Vihaan thinks that if Aarushi sees his 7 mothers so soon, she will reject him before she accepts his love.

Scene 1:

Location: Arushi’s residence

Arushi and her family are excited when they accept her as their would be bride, and give her the shagun too. As she comes out to see them off, prahlad arrives in the auto with gattu, and drunk, asks who is she greeting. All are shocked, while the groom’s family is disgusted by him, not knowing he is arushi’s father. Prahlad enters into a verbal fight with the groom’s father, on the road and finally slaps him, while all are shocked. arushi is distraught. the family calls off the relation saying that they cant marry into such a family, where the head is a drunkard and a gambler, and prahlad in his drunken state, humilates them. arushi and her mother, along with dadaji is mortified. girish smiles. She returns the shagun, while the family apologises saying that it isnt arushi’s fault, but her father’s, and she thinks that if this continues, then arushi might just never get married. all are stunned to hear this. dadaji gets into a furious rage. arushi composes her father, nd gets him inside, while gattu leeringly eyes her, and she cringes. dadaji continues to vent out his frustration on prahlad, while arushi asks him to stop, as he isnt well at all. dadaji leaves hastily. Arushi eyes prahlad apalled.

In her room, Arushi remembers her conversation with her father, and is distraught at his betrayal. dadaji comes, and arushi turns around, composing her. Dadaji apologises taking all the blame for what happened today. Arushi tells him that her father doesnt even realise what he did. Dadaji says that he cant forget what her would be mother-in-law had said. Arushi says tht she is still hopeful, and maybe this relation wasnt meant to be. she asks him to forgive her father, as he deserves a second chance, and is really apologetic. She leaves, while dadaji wishes that every family has a daughter like this.

When her father is coughing, arushi comes and pulls the sheets on him. He goes on and tells the sob story, as to how he was befooled by his own partner, who took advantage of his drinking weakness. he says that he tried a lot to search, and when he did, he was beaten up, and sent behind bars, when gattu got him out on bail. She asks why did he say that he lost everything at the last bet. he tries to distract saying that he soke incogeently inebriated, and swears on her name only. He begs to be forgiven. She asks him not to do this, and asks him to rest. She leaves, while he smiles evilly, that his sob story worked.

Scene 2:

Location: On the road

meanwhile, vihaan is extremely tensed when arushi’s phone comes switched off. He tries her friend’s number, who asks him not to worry, finding him tensed, as she was to meet her inlaws today. he gets tensed saying that she is meeting prospective suitors, and he is watching helplessly.

Scene 3:

Location: Vihaan’s residence

When granny doesnt open the door, vihaan breaks it open, and is shocked to find granny in an unconscious state. the ladies are surprised. They rush her to the hospital.

Scene 4:

Location: In the hospital

While granny is being treated, vihaan stands tensed with his mothers. the doctor comes out and says that there’s nothing to worry about, as her bp dropped, and she fainted. She is asked when can they take her home. The doctor says that she shouldnt be so angry at an age like this, and shouldnt be so tensed. The doctor then looks at vihaan and says that grnny ws talking about him only, when the saline was being injected. they are overwhelmed.

the next morning, Granny wakes up to find vihaan asleep by her bedside. He wakes up with a startle, while she asks whats the matter, as he could have gotten ill. he reprimands her lovingly, for what she did, as this was highly immature, and asks her to think, once what he must have felt, when they all sw her on the floor. She says that she knows she did wrong, and that if she dos this, she sets a bad example for others. She promises never to do this again, and asks him to smile, and asks him to go home, when he complies. He says that he wont go without her. she asks him to go home and freshen up, and then come back. she asks if she hasdnt felt better, she wouldnt have asked him to go. He then complies. as he comes out, he finds the nurse trying to keep back the ladies, from entering all together. he sweet talks the nurse, and distracts her, while letting the ladies enter. the nurse compliments him on his smartness. He requests her to be patient. She smiles. All the ladies, apologising to her in one way or the other, gets granny overwhelmed. She asks if they have eaten or slept in the night, and asks them not to worry, as they wouldnt get rid of her so soon. they all profusely apologise. She hugs them all, while they get overwhelmed. the screen freezes on her smiling face.

Satrangee Sasural 25th December 2014 Written Update 

Scene 1:

Location: Arushi’s residence

Arushi is tensed, and her mother thinks that she is nervous of meeting the groom, and that she wont ever be a stranger. she gives hope to arushi, that someone somewhere is waiting or her, just like she is doing for him. arushi smiles, hoping.

Scene 2:

Location: On the road

Meanwhile, at the tea stall, vihaan is lost in arushi’s thoughts, while drinking tea. the tea owner is shocked that vihaan has already ordered ten teas, and thinks that he is definitely meeting someone, and that his signs are that of love. vihaan smiles thinking about this. the tea owner shares his own love story, which ended tragically, as his love found someone else and got married. vihaan gets tensed and says that he wont be able to wait for that long.

Scene 3:

Location: Vihaan’s residence

While all the ladies are talking to the prospective bride on video chat, when she says that she wants to be a choreographer, this ticks off priyanka, and she cuts short the converstaion abruptly. All get tensed. Mini tries to make her understand that this is wrong, as she cant expect that what happened to her, shall happen to every other bride, who’s a dancer. The entire ladies start arguing amongst themselves, and mini is tensed that like this, vihaan wont get married. Granny comes and asks whats the matter. Mini tells the reason they were arguing. As the ladies banter about vihaan’s prospective bride, granny tells angrily saying that they have had enough nonsense about his marriage, and that there shall not be a marriage in this house. all are shocked, as granny tells that vihaan wont get married. As vihaan enters the house, he too is shocked to hear granny’s angry words. Granny orders them not to even talk about this. Vihaan comes and asks why is she saying liekt his. granny leaves inside, and shuts the door. Narmada comes and comforts him, saying that maybe they should have talked low. Mini asks who started it. priyanka says that she can talk loud, as she is elder. Again they are tried to be made to reconcile and they all disperse, when they fail. narmada asks him whats the matter, and asks him not to be bothered, saying that noone shall let him be a bachelor. Vihaan says that he doesnt understand what ticked granny so badly, that she felt bad. she asks him not to worry, and rest. He wants to talk to granny, but she asks him to be alone, and once her anger cools off, she would come out. He says that there’s a long meeting ahead. She asks him to go, and when he comes back, he would gind granny in a cheerful mood. He agrees.

In their room, all decide that they shall never again talk about marriage before granny, and when they commonly decide on a girl, then they shall take her to granny. priyanka says that they can apologise for now, when granny comes out. Mini apologises to her for talking like that. priyanka teases her saying that she admitted that she made a mistake, and when she complies, she asks mini to sit down on her kness. all are shocked, but she complies. Priyanka asks her to hold her ears, and when she dos, she starts smiling. All the ladies have a good laugh at her expense, and they start fighting yet again, amusingly.

While vihaan gets dressed in the room, he is tensed as to why arushi’s phone is off, and hopes that everything is fine, as he wants to talk to her, and share everything with her. He wonders how come he got so deeply attachd with her, as he tries a solution in her for every problem.

Scene 4:

Location: Arushi’s residence

Arushi walks in. Seeing her, her mother tries to pretend that she is still talking to prahlad, who’s busy in some work, whereas he had already cancelled the call, long back, asking her not to bother him. Arushi takes the phone, and finds that there’s no incoming call. She asks her not to lie, as she trusts her, and hence feels bad. she hugs her, while her mother is tensed. dadaji says that this is wonderful, and that this relation shall definitely be finalised in his absence. girish hears this and is tensed, wondering how will it break in his father’s absence. he tries his father’s number, but it doesnt get through. he is tensed.

While her mother is working in the kitchen, arushi comes and asks if she can be of help. She asks her to help by smiling, as she doesnt know what gets her tensed, but she shouldnt look tensed in front of family. Arushi smiles and complies. the entire family meets the prospective groom’s family, while girish is tensed. They begin to like the dishes, and girish points out that this isnt arushi’s work, as she doesnt know any cooking. When mini talks maturely, the groom’s father says that they should get this girl instead, and all laugh. Girish says that they shouldnt do this, as people would say that stepsister cut off her chances. all get tensed. girish then spills out, that they have a stepmother and mili is the stepsister. Arushi and her family gets tensed, while the family seems affected. But the groom’s mother says that she finds the same love in arushi’s mother’s eyes, like that of a real mother. they discard off girish’s info, and go ahead with the relation. the father asks about arushi’s father, and all are tensed. girish tries to speak, but Dadaji lies that he has gone to gurgaon for some very important work, and that he would come tomorrow, due to extreme pressure of work. arushi is tensed. Girish fumes silently.

Scene 5:

Location: In the bar

When prahlad is betting and playing, he starts gloating, and then another suitor comes, and decides to place everything, all or none, in this single bet. prahlad in his ego, takes on everything. the suitor has actually come in due to the hooligan who likes his daughter. The hooligan, gattu watches the drama, as an overconfident prahlad thinks that he got the bet, and begins to take away all the money, but is stopped. prahlad is shocked. the screen freezes on gattu’s evil face.

Prahlad enters into a verbal fight with the groom’s father, on the road and finally slaps him, while all are shocked. arushi is distraught.

Scene 1:

Location: Vihaan’s residence

While all the ladies are enjoying coffee in the courtyard, a group of street performers and ask them to allow them to show their talent, and if they like it, they can give some reward. As priyanka finds them dancing, she is excited and nostalgic remembering the past days of her own dancing. All enjoy the performance, while the head start talking about how reward is deservant of this lady, as he starts advertising her as an available woman. priyanka gets enraged, and then slaps the head, saying that this dance is an art, and not a market performance, that he is selling his own woman. The lady starts saying that she is the one who started a drama, and how dare she slap her husband. The head starts saying that this lady is mad. vihaan asks him to shut up and not say another word. Vihaan asks the lady to think that she wasnt fighting for herself, but for her only. They all leave. The family gets tensed. Later, priyanka remembers her own days of dancing, and wipes her tears, as vihaan comes and tries to compose her. She asks him not to give her sympathy. When he insists, he is asked to go, and let her be alone, for sometime, and that she is fine. he gets upset but leaves nevertheless. She is tensed still. As he comes outside, he is confronted by mini, who tells that priyanka’s wounds are fresh again, and hence they should be left alone, and asks him to cheer up, and go to sleep. He smiles and leaves. After he is gone, mini is tensed.

The next morning, all discuss about priyanka who joins them finally for breakfast. they wait for her reaction. Vihaan comes and wishes them all a good morning. As he comes to sit, he finds a grand feast spread out. harpreet asks how could someone else make breakfast for him, as itys her day. He says that he was hungry, and let it be. He says that they can transfer today to priyanka, and she can take the next day thats priyanka’s, who is surprised. As harpreet goes, priyanka asks how can he give away her day to someone else. A happy family banter follows, as harpreet remembers that its her day and she only made the food. They all laugh. Vihaan reads the column of arushi, which focusses on food.

Later, while granny discusses business with one of the ladies, the other ladies get excited about video chatting with one of their distant cousins, living abroad. Granny and the lady goes inside, whil they all excitedly chat, to find that she can speak hindi.

Scene 2:

Location: Arushi’s residence

Arushi is busy preparing food for vihaan, along with his mother. she is happy with the smell.

Scene 3:

Location: Vihaan’s and arushi’s office

Vihaan gets arushi’s message, saying that she hopes he likes it, as she has sent the parcel with Sarthi. She asks him to stop smiling, and eat, as she waits for his reaction. He smiles and begins to lay the food. he gets another hallucination, of arushi standing beside him, as his wife, and feeding him. he smiles at his own madness. he calls and thanks her profusely, for the wonderful food, that he has eaten it for the first time. He starts quoting her own column to her. Arushi is happy. Her friend teases her, while arushi says that she is strictly friends with him. he again keeps hallucinating arushi, thinking that now he waits to meet her in person, and confess his love, and then involve the families to talk of marriage. Arushi finds a message from the bank. She is shocked as to how the entire money, 25000 is debited from her account, whereas her father only needed 12000. Her friend asks whats the matter, but she leaves hastily. she is highly tensed as she travels in the auto. Vihaan meanwhile, is tensed that he sent two messges, but there’s no reply. Arushi keeps dialling a number, but is distracted to see a father overpampering his daughter, and gets emotional.

Scene 3:

Location: Arushi’s residence

Arushi comes home tensedly, and asks girish if his father is here. But he says that he isnt and asks her why she looks so tensed. she doesnt respond and goes inside. Girish smiles at her plight. He thinks that she neednt be so tensed, as her father is spending away all her money, with much ease. She asks about him from her mother too. Her mother says that he is not responding to her calls too. she finds arushi tensed, and asks, but arushi doesnt respond. She asks if her father said anything. Her mother talks about a prospective groom’s meeting assuring her that this time everything would go well. But seeing arushi still in shock, she asks again, but arushi leaves without saying a word. Her mother is tensed.

Scene 4:

Location: In the car

Vihaan vents out his frustration as to how arushi is so busy that she dosnt even have time to respond to his messages. sarthi tries to say that all girls are like this. vihaan gets mad at him too, asking if he has so much experience with girls. He wonders why is she not replying. He is frustrated, and asks sarthi to stop the car. Sarthi complies. Vihaan comes out, near the Masala Tea Stall and asks for 2 teas. The shopowner complies. Vihaan says that he feels here, that she is somewhere near, and wants to wait here and meet her.

Precap: 

As the ladies banter about vihaan’s prospective bride, granny comes out angrily saying that they have had enough nonsense about his marriage, and that there shall not be a marriage in this house. all are shocked, as granny tells that vihaan wont get married. As vihaan enters the house, he too is shocked to hear granny’s angry words.

Scene 1:

Location: In the coffee shop

Vihaan is tensed to find anisha confronting arushi. He desperately begs for a chance to prove to her, his side of the story and a chance to clarify himself. Arushi is tensed. He shares everything, and says that he is really very embarassed. She says that he should be, as to how he can hurt a girl like that. He gets tensed. she smiles saying that she forgives him, and is amused that he sent sarthi to meet a high class girl, like anisha. Thjey both smile. He points out how much he hates meeting girls now for marriage. she tells him that he cant escape it forever. she says that anisha isnt bad and that they shall make a good pair, as she is just like him. He thinks that he would marry, but with her only, and till then, he wouldnt meet any girls, nor would he let her meet any boy too.

Scene 2:

Location: Arushi’s residence

As her mother tries to keep finding a match for arushi, with neighbours, prahlad comes in, and starts taunting that she is hurrying to get rid of her, as she is a stepmother after all. But she wouldnt understand the pain that he as a father goes through. dadaji is shocked and surprised, while prahlad shooes away. dadaji reprimands prahlad for his evil tactics, and he shoves them all off. After he leaves, dadaji asks her to get the prospective grooms, as he instinctively feels that arushi’s dream guy shall come tomorrow. they dream and hope that soon, a person shall come to give arushi the happiness that she deserves.

Scene 3:

Location: In the bar

The same hooligan starts creating a scene, trying to get back the money he has lent to people. Just then, prahlad, arushi’s father enters, and the hooligan smiles at him, asking him to risk high, so that the stakes get high, and the profit is huge too. he is set to thinking, while the hooligan thinks that he would get his girl like this.

Scene 4:

Location: In the car

Vihaan is tensed, and arushi asks him why is he so. he vehemently clarifies that he too likes normal things like normal people, but she never fathoms him to do so, and always terms him high class. She asks him to relax, as she didnt mean it. she finds him being so childish, and then an approproate song plays along, typical hindi one. She is shocked that he like hindi music, instead of english. They start talking about their common taste in music. He likes it, and decides to share his collection with her, in lieu of a particular middle class dish. She says that she would get her mother to make it, but wonders how to give it to him, as she has work the next day. He offers to sen sarthi, to get it, along with his DVD’s. She agrees. vihaan says that he would come in the evening to give tiffin and thankyou to her. She smiles.

Scene 5:

Location: Vihaan’s residence

Vihaan’s mothers take a class of sarthi, for giving harpreet a wrong medicine. they start testing him for GK, and he fails at it miserably. Vihaan ciomes and they narrate him whats happening. Vihaan too joins in with them. They ask sarthi the final question, who is the national animal. sarthi is confused, while vihaan tries to give him a hint, and sarthi says that its a dog, shocking them all. He again tries to hint, and he keeps giving the wrong answer over and over again. Finally sarthi gets it right, shocking the ladies, as to where he got it from. Harpreet warns that she would teach him a lesson. All the ladies disperse. sarthi and vihaan remain. sarthi thanks him, and asks if he can repay it back. Sarthi is told by vihaan, to go and get something from arushi, and give her the DVD’s. He is overexcited and vihaan asks him to be cautious and just do what he is is being told to do.

Scene 6:

Location: Arushi’s residence

Prahlad finds his wife working in the kitchen, and takes th knife in his hand, and asks her to take it, and kill him. she is shocked, and tries to jerk her hand away. She asks why is he saying so. girish hears this too, while he continues to insist to kill him, with the knife, forcibly giving him the knife. she screams out whats wrong. he says that he is sick of his life, and that its embarassing that the girl is earning for him. Girish smiles at his acting. He says that he doesnt have any money to even start a business, and that he hears everywhere that he is lazy. arushi comes and finds him likle this, and rushes to intervene, asking what happened. all are shocked. He says that nothing is wrong, and asks her to res, while he leaves. she finds her mother shocked too. But she doesnt respond. girish smiles, as his father comes and sits beside him. Girish says that he took such a big risk, and what if he loses it all. His father says that he should think instead what if he wins. dadaji again overhears the both of them plotting together, and sarcastically taunts him yet again. He leaves. Prahlad thinks that once he lands the jackpot, he would teach his father a lesson.

Arushi goes to her father and asks what happened. he gives him a sob story, about how he is mortified to live on her earning. she asks him not to do this. He says that this is all right, and then gives him a dream proposal of his future business plan, but for which he needs a starting investment. she asks him how much he needs, and then says that he is helpless, and doesnt like to take money from her. she asks him to wait and as she opens her purse, he smiles. She gives him the ATM Card with the pin, and asks him to withdraw the cash tomorrow. She wishes the best of luck, and asks him to go ahead. He asks her not to tell this to anyone, as he wants to surprise them all with the success. He hugs her overwhelmingly, and then smiles evilly.

Scene 1:

Location: Vihaan’s residence

While vihaan is sitting with priyanka, he finds harpreet writhing in pain. He goes to take care of her. Meanwhile his phone starts ringing. Priyanka picks up Vihaan’s phone, as it rings, and finds that its a girl on the other end asking for vihaan. Priyanka is excited to find a girl calling for vihaan. She identifies herself as his mother, and asks her who is she, and arushi identifies herself too, and asks about her health, while she says that she is perfectly healthy. Arushi wonders why vihaan lied. she is shocked, when priyanka tells her that vihaan has gone to attend to her ailing mother. Arushi is shocked, and tries to find out what just happened. Priyanka cancels the call. meanwhile, sarthi gives harpreet a sure medicine that would work. While harpreet takes it, sarthi finds out that he gave harpreet the wrong medicine. Sarthi comes in tensedly, and tells vihaan about the mix up, and asks for a resignation. Vihaan is tensed, as harpreet starts cussing at her.

When vihaan calls up, the little girl picks up, and is surprised to find that he knows about her. She asks him to introduce himself. He plays along. He asks about arushi, and the girl gives her the phone, getting tensed. Vihaan starts chatting with arushi, who again asks about his mother’s health. He asks which one. she is bffled. he diverts the topic, and then starts trying to fix a date with her, garbing it in professional meeting. she catches through his lie, ane he is flustered. She says that she would ask her mother and let him know. when her mother gets to know about their date, she teases arushi about it.

Scene 2:

Location: In a bar

The same hooligan is again talking about the encounter with arushi, with his friend, leeringly. He finds arushi’s father and i a gambling bet, he intentionally loses to him, so that he can have his girl forever, as his wife. he thinks lustily about arushi.

Scene 3:

Location: Coffee Shop

As vihaan waits impatiently for arushi to arrive, he is excited to finally see her there, but he gets tensed when he finds anisha too, hanging out there, and tries to hide himself, and avoid loud conversation so that he can leave without her noticing them both. Arushi is surprised to find the strange behaviour of vihaan, who insists that they go somewhere else. Anisha notices them talking and confronts them, defamingand bad mouthing vihaan in front of arushi. arushi is tensed, while vihaan is embarassed. anisha spews venom in frustration and anger. the screen freezes on arushi’s tensed face.

Scene 1:

Location: Vihaan’s office

While arushi is getting papers signed by Vihaan, regarding their bank deal, she finds him visibly tensed, and asks whats the problem. He resignedly says that mother is a little sick, and she sympathises with him, saying that such true relations are like this, as one gets hurt and the other feels the pain, and that the existence of both the individual people in the relation intermingles. Vihaan smiles reassuringly, and then hands her the file, that gets them to have their first physical contact through the hands., Vihaan is amused, while she is shy. he asks that she too looks lost, and asks if she has fallen in love. she says that she has other problems than love. He argues that love isnt a problem, instead its the solution that solves all problems. she thanks him for giving an idea, to get over her problem, and says that she loved talking to him today, and thanks him, for his affection and support, adding that they are best friends. He teases her that a girl and a boy cant be best frienmds, and she says thats all filmy, and that in real life, there can be best friends, like she and him. she shakes hands with him, and leaves, while he is lost in her thoughts.

Scene 2:

Location: Vihaan’s residence

Vihaan comes home to find narmada lost and upset, in her room. he goes to her, while she looks away. he remembers arushi’s advise, and says that he doesnt want this day to be moruned, like every year, and that maybe the grief is tremendous, but what about the happiness, that she got as her sister, and that Nilima wont celebrate her birthday till she invites it with open arms. She is tensed. He takes her hands, and reiterates arushi’s advise, but she isnt affected. He wipes her tears, assuring her that herr son wont go anywhere without her permission, not even to canada, for expanding business. He leaves, while she is tensed.

All the ladies are tensed, as vihaan begins to prepare for the party. Harpreet asks whose birthday are they celebrating. vihaan says that this isnt the time to be sad anymore, and they have to move on and be happy. Grannya asks her to stop as she cant bear her bahu unhappy and sad, and asks why is he freshening her wounds. He says that then the bruises shall cover completely, and she asks if this is the way to get things done, after what happened in the morning. Vihaan says that this time they have to change somethings that have upset the family for years, even if that means going against her. Granny tells him that what hasnt happened for years, she wont let it happen today too, when nilima too doesnt want it. Vihaan is tensed. Nilima tries to get him to understand, but she is cut short, when a delivery person, gets boxes of food, and vihaan says that he didnt order it. they are baffled, when naramda steps down saying that she ordered it. She takes nilima’s hands, and wishes her a happy birthday, while nilima is overwhelmed. all the ladies are smiling, when narmada says that nilima can share her grief, after all these years, and hence she can share her happiness today. All the ladies get emotional, as narmada says that she cant give that person anymore time and thoughts, who created a distance between the sisters. They both hug each other. All get happy. Vihaan joins in the hug, and emotional tears stream down everyone’s cheeks. All celebrate Nilima’s birthday with much fervour. Vihaan thanks arushi that she solved the biggest problem of his life, and that he hasnt experienced happiness like this ever before.

Scene 3:

Location: Arushi’s residence

Meanwhile at home, arushi remembers vihaan’s advise, and asks the little girl to serve girish chapati, when he hollets at her. She goes and gives it to him, along with a chapati. He resignedly takes it. He then takes a chocolate too, that she gets for him. As she begins to go, he stops her, and then says that he knows that she likes it, hence they shall share it. She goes and rushes out happily. Arushi thanks vihaan for the successful advise.

Later, in the night, arushi tells girish that she is very happy, that he is becoming wise, leaving his ego and arroagance, and tells about his incident with his little sister, as she always wanted this, that he understands that this is one big family, tied together, and that he has a responsibility to take care of the young girl. She thanks him and leaves. girish thinks evilly, that this was his tactics to get arushi on track, after the mess he created by fighting with the little sister. He smiles evilly.

Arushi gets vihaan’s message, thanking her for solving his problem, and promises to tell the details later. She too messages back, welcoming him and thanking him too. He smiles and replies what, and she too tells him that he too solved her problem, and that she would tell the details later. He asks when, and she says that they always meet by accident, and vihaan says that he tried a couple of them, but it didnt work. she reminds that this is the time to sleep. He replies wishing her goodnight. Arushi tells him that she has a very hectic schedule at the office. Vihaan messages that he hopes that they meet again soon. She says that this time, not in the shopping mall, as he gets very late. He is amused. They both dose off, lost in thoughts, happy and smiling.

Scene 3:

Location: On the road

As children are playing, a person springs by in the jeep, and splashes dirt on his face, the child throws a stone at him, and he pulls back. He starts threatening the child, while arushi is unable to take it anymore, and turns him around, with a jerk, gathered by children dresses in costumes. Arushi reprimands the person, dressed as Raavan, and says that this is his fault and that he shouldnt turn it around on the children, as it was completely his carelessness, and asks what kind of disturning behaviour is this. He lustily eyes her, and says that he was just playing and asks her if she wants to play too. She is disgusted by his leering looks. The screen freezes on her furious face.

Scene 1:

Location: Vihaan’s residence

As harpreet goes inside to talk to Narmada, she faces rebuke from hr, saying that she wants to be alone, and doesnt want to talk to anyone. harpreet is hurt and leaves. granny finds harpreet and asks whats the matter, as she looks lost. She tells that narmada is irritated and tensed. Granny says that she knows why narmada is upset, and that she reminds them that tomorrow is her birthday, and they all get tensed, as granny remembers that they havent celebrated her birthday for years, and wonders how narmada shall bear the next day. Granny overhears vihaan ordering a cake for narmada’s birthday, and gets tensed. She asks if he knows what happened yesterday, and hence they never celebrate it. He says that he does remember it, and that they havent celebrated ever for 25 years, and that now its enough, and he cant take it anymore, and they shall celebrate it. granny asks if he even realises the torment that they shall put her through. He says that whats important is that they have to be happy. He says that whetever happened, wasnt her fault, and that now its time, to stop avoiding her happiness, and forever forget the pain and the guilt. Granny asks if he even knows what he is planning to do. he says that he does, and that he is planning to break one of the oldest traditions of the house, and he is prepared, when tomorrow the silence of the years back. granny is tensed.

The next morning, harpreet graciously hands over her day to Masi Maa, saying that its her birthday. She says that they wont celebrate this day at all. She reminds that narmada was left stranded today only. Harpreet is sad. They all decide that they shall try to keep narmada happy. Vihaan overhears this, and thinks that noone shll keep this pain inside anymore, and it would have to exposed and gotten rid of. All begin to set the dining table. Vihaan asks priyanka to help him get the tie right. priyanka asks him to do so himself. Narmada gets to silently complying. granny too takes a seat. Vihaan says that they cant talk business at the dining table, but wants to inform that they are planning to expand in the global market, and they are targetting two countries, USA and Canada, being the biggest population of Indians there. All get tensed. narmada gets angry, while vihaan tries to make him underdstand, that they should move on, and start afresh with new dreams. narmada puts his foot down saying that he wont go to canada. He asks her to face it, instead of avoiding it, and then fight over it. Vihaan stuns all the ladies by saying that he has decided to go to Canada. All are tensed. Nirmala turns around and says to him that he has to stay here only, away from Canada and away from his father, and that he isnt big enough to take his descisions and he can go anywhere in the world. She says that she wont let him compensate with her motherly love at all, for his success. she leaves, while he reaches out to her. all stand tensed.

Narmada gets inside thr room, and starts crying inconsolably, as she remembers the day when her husband left and walked out on them, for pursuing his dreams rather than his responsibility, and she was left stunned. she also remembers emotionally, as to how her husband had called from Canada, saying that the house where she lives with all the ladies, is a grieving house, and he cant bear that. She remembers her husband telling her that her way to canada is open, but the only condition being that she would have to leave back the child of hers, and everybody back home, and come alone. She is stunned as she puts down the receiver, and eyes the infant, who her husband is callously trying to ask her to let go of.

vihaan tells them that this day if of sdaness and happiness too, and till date grief has won, and from this day onwards, he doesnt know how, but happiness shall triumph.

Scene 2:

Location: Arushi’s residence

Arushi is told by her mother, about her impending prospective suitor yet again, while she says that she is frustrated with rejections now. She is assured that very soon, she would have a dreamhouse with a dream husband. She is set to thinking.

Scene 1:

Location: In the mall

Sarthi is in an embarassed situation, tries to salvage, but geeta and harpreet are shocked. When she gets to know the truth, Anisha is very angry and starts insulting them, saying that Vihaan is extremely arrogant and mean, and now she knows why Vihaan’s marriage was not getting fixed. Sarthi stops her from insulting them. Geeta tells that she is right and had a right to do so.

Meanwhile, vihaan leaves arushi off, and then comes inside the mall yet again. Vihaan sees the commotion from a distance and is shocked. By the time he comes, anisha is gone. geeta and harpreet are shocked to see him and enraged too. they leave. vihaan is super tensed. sarthi apologises while telling how she insulted the family. Vihaan is tensed.

Scene 2:

Location: Vihaan’s residence

all the mothers are tensed and angered at Vihaan, for what he did. when they find vihaan coming in, they eyer him angrily, while he faces them with hung head. Granny starts to sarcatically insult, and get him to feel ashmaed for what he did, after having been brought up by seven mothers and still unable to respect women. He folds his hands, and then silently apologises. nirmala says that he wont be forgiven, as he has manners rendered by seven mothers, and still shamed them all. Vihaan says that he made a big mistake, and he isnt clarifying at all, and its his fault tht he couldnt even understand the severity of his actions. he profusely apologises to geete and harpreet for the insult they faced. He apologises for having hurt their hearts. granny says that he didnt hurt but broke their hearts. Nirmala says that he could have said no, and granny says that they wont look for a girl for him anymore. Vihaan says that this isnt so. Priyanka asks whats it then. One of them comes and tries to salvage the situation, asking them whats done is done, and this shouldnt happen again. They all leave without saying anything. Vihaan is upset.

Outside the mall, anisha is still shocked and angered at vihaan’s behaviour and then thinks about facing seven mothers, and that marrying him is super dangerous, as she narrates her plight to one of her male friends. she gets vihaan’s call, and then picks it up, finally, after she cancels it insistently. He tries to call her and talk, but she slams the phone, asking him never to call again. Vihaan is tensed.

At the evening tea, while all are discussing whether they were too harsh on Vihaan or not, they are silent when vihaan enters. He tries to talk to granny, and then helps her sit, while she doesnt say anything tensedly. he makes them all sit, and then catches his ears, while all are at discomfort, and then getting emotional seeing his plight too. geeta asks him to promise that he wont do this again. He apologises profusely and promises never to do it again, and begs for forgiveness, while each lady eyes the other. Finally his head hangs low. Granny agrees finally, and the ladies rush to him, while he is shocked and relieved. nirmala and granny eye the overwhelming love of the ladies. nirmala and granny go inside, while adding that he knows that they cant see him in troluble for long, and that the advantage he took. He denies, but granny goes off. Vihaan is super tensed, when the ladies grill him as to what was he doing for so long at the mall, when he didnt meet anisha, and after much hesitation, when he says that he found an old friend, he is asked if its a female or a male. Vihaan is tensed. He says that it was a boy, and fumbles to find a name, and settles on Arush Kumar, and mini comments that she thought it must be some arushi, and Vihaan is shocked.

Scene 3:

Location: Arushi’s residence

Arushi’s mother is suspicious that the Vihaan Vatsal went with her for grocery shopping and also came to see a girl for his driver. While arushi doesnt give this much importance, her mother wonders whats the matter, and how could Vihaan Vatsal, do such an ordinary work. arushi clarifies that they are just friends, and she shouldnt overthink it, as she would forevere be just a good friend, as she values this relation.

Scene 4:

Location: Vihaan’s residence

Vihaan comes to nirmala, and says that he did this all in jest, and that he didnt realise the implications. nirmala is tensed. he says that he has been forgiven by everyone but not her. Vihaan says that he knows he committed a big mistake. Nirmala angrily asks if he can turn around time, and undo the way he insulted the girl. She says that others can give him this forgiveness but not her. Vihaan is tensed. She asks if he even realises what she must have gone through, having been ditched so terribly, having to share her time with a driver. she asks what would he have done, had his sister faced such a thing. He says that he is embarassed, but he didnt think so much. She thinks that its their fault in pampering him, as this might destroy him. He says that this wont happen, and that he cant see tears in their eyes, and breaks down, in her lap. she gets emotional, and hugs him. He apologises. The screen freezes on their faces.

Scene 1:

Location: In the mall

Anisha arrives, and calls up vihaan, who diverst her to sarthi, who’s extremely at discomnfort when vihaan gets him to meet anisha, to be able to get to spend time with arushi. Vihaan gets to grocery shopping with arushi, excitedly. he gets intimate as he begins to help her, as a romantic eyelock follows. the minute he gets distracted, things fall on him, and he starts thinking, looking at her concern, that when she is the wife, she would be perfect bahu. Just then, two of vihaan’s mothers, gita and the punjabi maa arrive, for shopping while wishing that they should have been able to see vihaan meeting the girl. They arrive at the supermarklet, oblivious that vihaan and arushi too are there only, at the adjacent corner. Vihaan gets sarthi’s call, who is very tensed, and asks him what to do, and vihaan advises him not to talk much, and should only give an answer in yes or no, and not talk much, and anisha shouldnt doubt him at all. He is surprised to find that arushi is standing behind her, saying that she understood everything, and that she hates lies, and asks him to go on with his work, and takes the list. But he insists that he has no imp work, and takes her by the hand and tries to get back to their shopping. She is tensed, and vihaan notices that he has a tight clasp on her hand, and they both awkwardly retreat their hand. Vihaan collides into someone, and is taunted that he only has eyes for his wife, Arushi, and hence cant see anyone elkse. arushi is amused, while he smiles, and follows her. harpreet and geeta too come here, and geeta says instinctively that she saw vihaan, but harpreet discards it off. Vihaan and arushi get to chatting about her sister, mini. Harpreet too instinctively feels vihaan’s presence.

Sarthi is highly frustrated and irritated, as she goes on her rant, and when he doesnt respond properly, she wonders if he is actually vihaan. Meanwhile, Vihaan asks arushi if he has a boyfriend, that gets her here evryday. She finally says that she doesnt have one. he is super happy, while she is confused. He asks her to atleast ask him too, and she says that its not possible. he proudly says that he is single, and she says that she would soon have an arranged marriage. He hopes that he has that with her.

Scene 2:

Location: Arushi’s residence

When girish tries to steal money again, arushi’s mother comes and catches him red handed, and slaps him. she says that she wont be quiet everytime, and says that she gets money safely cent by cent, and asks if he has no shame. He says that he has right on her money, but she should be shameful being the step mother. the little girl comes and says that she would tell arushi everything. girish says that he shall slap her. She is still defiant. He angrily keeps the money back, and leaves. the girl asks why was he stealing money, and she makes an excuse, and then distracts her away, asking her not to tell arushi, as she would be tensed.

Later, when her customers come for her embroidered items, arushi’s mother and they get talking, as to how arushi’s marriage isnt getting fixed. Arushi’s mother starts lamenting that she hasnt been able to get a suitable match for arushi. The lady offers her help, and says that she has a boy in mind, and wishes that arushi would get the best home.

Scene 3:

Location: Vihaan’s residence

While granny is getting her head massaged, all the ladies as usual discuss anisha as the prospective bride. Priyanka and mini keep fighting yet again, while manohar aka sarthi is also not picking up the phone, as he is busy with anisha. Granny watches the drama silently.

Scene 4:

Location: In the mall

Anisha talks to sarthi as the prospective groom, and is frustrated when he doesnt respond properly. He however is shocked and scared to find geeta and priyanka too shopping in the mall, and hopes desperately not to be seen. He tries to cover his face and ducks underneath, while thinking that there would be a huge problem, and anisha gets disgusted that he is behaving so weird, and asks if he is really vihaan. he comes up and finds them gone, and gives an excuse. She asks him to speak clearly. sarthi finds them both staring at him yet again, and both are shocked. The screen freezes on their faces.

Scene 1:

Location: Vihaan’s residence

The punjabi maa fixes the girl, ayushi’s date wiuth vihaan, and is secretly hopeful that this girl might be the one.

Scene 2:

Location: In the hospital and On the road

Vihaan is very happy to see the dog pkay, and takes him in his arms. when he turns around, he finds himself confronted with arushi, who is tensed too. She is about to hesitantly apologise, qwhen he pins her against the wll, and vents out his entire furstration that she made a mountain out of a molehill, and that she shouldnt have elongated the fight that they had. she finally shuts him saying that he was wrong, and he is turning it on her. As they argue, she says that they should first prioritise to get the dog back to its family. sheleaves, with him in tow.

In the car, Vihaan pays back arushi’s money, sarcastically telling that he can pay, now that he isnt a driver. She too teases him back. She also pays back the money, and then they starts fighting as to who has a bigger credit in saving the dog. She asks him to stop the car and he thinks that she is still angry. she clarifies that they have reached, and vihaan is embarassed. He stops the car, and they both get down, and arushi keeps him back on the pavement, where other dogs mix up with him. Arushi then tries to hire a rickshaw, but vihaan asks the fellow to leave as they dont have to go anywhere. She turns around, and vihaan stands behind her. Finally, she blurts that she had come to say sorry, but she wasnt in the mood, seeing him angry. He teases her that she said sorry, which is uncommon. She gets light, and apologises for having overreacted, and thinks that she was wrong in assuming friendship materiastically. Arushi says that now they shall remain friends, irrespective of their caste and status.

Scene 3:

Location: Arushi’s residence

Arushi is looking at the ration of the house. When she finds her box of money having tampered with, she is given an excuse from her mother, that it fell, and she kept them back. Girish comes and begins to eye the money. Arushi gets back to work. her mother is tensed, as she eyes girish eyeing the money, as she thinks that she would have to hide the fact that he stole her money, as she would be shattered. She asks him to go to the supermarket. He says that he would have to leave his imp lecture tomorrow then. She says that she shall manage herself. he leaves. Arushi’s mother is tensed.

Scene 4:

Location: Vihaan’s residence

While all try to pamper as usual with vihaan, at the dining table, granny too comes and joins them, disinterested in letting them talk about vihaan’s marriage yet again. vihaan when he gets to know that he has to meet someone tomorrow, and says that he doesnt want to. Granny asks him if he likes someone, and he gets nervous and says that he wants a break from this work. He is informed that the name is arushi, and he starts coughing. then its clarified that its ayushi. They convince that he shall definitely like this girl. He thinks that he wont like her, as he has already liked his girl, the one who shall serve his seven mothers.

Scene 5:

Location: On the road

Sarthi teases vihaan, when he is lost in arushi’s thoughts, while ayushi calls him to meet him at the mall, and he decides to go and meet her there resignedly.

Scene 6:

Location: In the mall

Sarthi comes and vihaan inside the mall. Vihaan notices an old lady struggling with her trolley and rushes to help her. He is shocked to find arushi rushing to her help too. He is super happy. She says that she came here for her monthly groceries. when she asks whats he here for, sarthi blurts that they are here to meet a girl. Vihaan is wished the best of luck from arushi. Vihaan says that they have come here to find a girl for sarthi, who is shocked. she is amsued. Vihaan lies bareface, while sarthi is uncomfortable. Vihaan asks if he can give her company, till sarthi meets the girl. He offers his company for shopping. She walks ahead, while sarthi asks about the confusion, and vihaan begs him to carry on.

Vihaan takes arushi, through the mall, and while he attends ayushi’s call, she fixates her eyes on a suit, but then finds that its too expensive. vihaan asks if he can gift it to her, and she defiantly disagrees. She moves ahead. vihaan starts hallucinating arushi standing in that suit and laying her head on his shoulder, while he smiles. he is jerked back to reality and then smiles at himself. He wonders that this dream becomes true. The screen freezes on his smiling face.

Scene 1:

Location: Vihaan’s residence

As usual, all the ladies are again discussing and talking about a prospective bride for vihan, and wonder if vihaan is hiding anything. They decide that this time they shall select a girl, who shall meet vihaan first before they approve of her, complying to the priest’s prophecy. All are excited.

Scene 2:

Location: On the road

sarthi is tensed to find vihaan lost in the dog girl’s thoughts and says that he wishes he knew the columnist so that she could have written something to cheer vihaan up. Vihaan smiles even amidst the tenion and sadness.

Scene 3:

Location: In the cafeteria

Arushi’s colleague too is disappointed that arushi turned down such a beautiful friendship. arushi herself seems tensed too.

Scene 4:

Location: Arushi’s residence

Arushi’s mother finds her money being squandered away by arushi’s father and her brother, shamelessly and callously. She is apalled, and replaces the money by her own purse, to keep arushi unaware of it. Thne little girl sees this, and is assured that the box fell down due to which she was replacing the money. She is tensed. When arushi comes home later, she too is composed and advised by her mother, regarding the value of a true friend and friendship. She is tensed and at a loss of words to write for the next day’s column.

Scene 5:

Location: Vihaan’s residence

Vihaan comes home and finds granny’s lap to lie down, and then discusses as to how a rich man cant have a friend who is poor, and then granny assures him, that its possible just like krishna and sudama. vihaan seems relaxed, as granny composes and calms her down.

Scene 6:

Location: Vihaan’s office

Vihaaan reads the column that relates on friendship, and is tensed as he goes through it. he wonders how can this columnist know exactly what she is going through. The recptionist calls and tells vihaan, on the phone, that the agent from the bank has come with the deal papers. Vihaan gets super excited that arushi forgave him finally. He waits for her to enter excitedly. But Vihaan is disappointed to find that the agent isnt arushi, and is tensed. he nonchalantly and resignedly signs. She identifies herself as arushi’s best friend, who told her everything, and apologises on her behalf, if she hurt him, and assures him that she hates lies, but soon everything shll be alright, between the both of them. She leaves. her friend then comes and hands her the file, saying that arushi got what she wanted. Arushi says that she did overreact. arushi is told by her colleague, that everyone wishes in their life, for a friend like vihaan, and she shouldnt turn down the oppurtunity just so soon, and should immediately apologise for what she did. she is tensed. the screen freezes on arushi’s sad face.

Scene 1:

Location: On the road

Arushi tells him the reason of her meeting Vihaan, as she needs an increment which she would get if she bags the account of vatsala group, for her bank. Vihaan eyes her overwhelmingly. she asks her what happened. Vihaan says that he likes to meet such an independant girl. Arushi expresses her concern about her nervousness for her meeting. He says that he is sure he would be impressed by her and her talks. But she is unconvinced, as vihaan is a tycoon, and must be complicated and not simple like him. She wonders what would happen. Vihaan assures her that it would all be fine.

Scene 2:

Location: Arushi’s residence

All are amused as arushi practises her presentation for vihaan. Her mother comes and asks her to stop thinking from the mind, and like everytime, she should thinks from the heart as its never wrong. Arushi gets happy. Girish eyes them from a distance, with evil intentions. He lingers around, and when noone sees him, he steals arushi;s money, and her father rushes to grab hold of it.

Scene 3:

Location: Vihaan’s residence

Vihaan prays the next morning with Dai Ma, and is very happy. A beautiful mother-son moment follows, when vihaan expresses his concern for her. he asks why has she fasted, and she says that this is necessary, as she couldnt keep this for her husband, and he could have been here with them. vihaan composes her and asks her not to cry. She asks him if he has seen any girl lately, and vihaan thinks that sarthi must have told her, and asks why this question. She says that she just felt so, and asks him to answer. he cites delay and rushes, thinking that he has met a girl, who he has fallen in love with, and woul d discuss with them, about her, when the right time comes, buttoday she is coming to meet him, at his office. He leaves.

Scene 4:

Location: Vihaan’s office

Vihaan arrives in the car, while arushi too arrives just then, in the auto. they both dont see each other. Vihaan enters and goes straight to his office, followed by arushi who approaches hesitantly. Vihaan enters the lift and finds arushi in the mirror, whose dupatta is entangled in the plant. He wonders how she came so early, and is tensed. As she moves towards the lift, he rushes out, and moves to the fire exit. Arushi comes at the reception desk, and asks for vcihaan, who walks in just then, stealthily so as not to be seen. He signals the recptionist to make her sit down. she complies. He enters his cabin. Vihaan eyes her from his cabin, as she waits for him.

Later, arushi is called by the peon in the conference room, while vihaan eyes her every move excitedly, as she leaves and then presents her policies to his secretary, while he watches her on webcam, as she explains emphatically. The secretary says that she liked her ideas and simplicity. She gets a message from Vihaan asking her to say yes. She complies. Arushi expresses her desire to meet vihaan and she is told that he is too busy and a meeting wont be possible. Arushi thanks her, and then leaves. vihaan sees this all, and thinks that now he should tell his truth to arushi. on the phone, the secretary praises her and her presentation to vihaan, who hastily asks her to stop her, as she would just meet her. She gives arushi a call, who comes out of the lift, and instantly agrees to meeting Vihaan. he gets excited again to see her inside the office. She is complimented by the secretary about the presentation and then is taken to the way for vihaan’s office. As arushi comes to vihaan’s cabin, his secretary shows her in, while vihaan’s back is turned towards her. as she wishes him, he turns around hesitantly to wait for her reaction, while she is shocked and hurt too. Vihaan is tensed as he waits for a raction, while she remembers all the lies that he gave her.

Vihaan tells her that her friend sarthi has called her here to make her meet Vihaan and extends his hand asking if she would befriend him too.

Scene 1:
Location: On the road
sarthi asks if vihaan is lost in the dog girl and he says that he is searching for the newspaper girl. Vihaan is confused himself, who got him here.

Meanwhile, mini is out to get the priest to vihaan’s house, and girish starts eve teasing him too, and passing lewd comments. She ignores them, but when it gets too much, she stops the scooty, and then slaps them tight wile all others get tensed. Girish gets embarassed, while she beats them all to pump. They run away for life.

Scene 2:
Location: Cafeteria
One of her colleagues tell arushi that she has got the lucky oppurtunity to meet Vihaan vatsal, and tell him about their bank’s deal. She says that she doesnt even know that person, and its very weird. she is asked to grab the oppurtunity, which has gotten her this lucky chance. she says that she saw the pics even, and she would like being with him, and if the deal is cracked, increment is sure too. Arushi makes up her mind to meet him.

Scene 3:
Location: Hospital
Vihaan comes in the hospital and the doctor assures him that the dog is completely fine, and they shall keep him under observation for another day or two. Vihaan asks about the girl, and the doctor says that she just left. he gets disappointed and rushes out. vihaan doesnt find her, and goes inside to hopefully, get the number from the doctor. He is oblivious that a few steps away from him, arushi, sitting in the rickshaw, comes down, remembering that she forgot her phone inside. vihaan comes inside, to find arushi coming out with her phone. he starts smiling silly looking at her, while she is busy in her phone. she finds him too, and then he indirectly tries to get a conversation started to get a number. she understands it, and shows her the profile pic on her phone, saying that its her phone only. vihaan immediately apologises that she must be misunderstanding him. she starts smiling, asking why cant a driver not be friends, and that a person should be good, to be a friend. He agrees. She takes his phone, and comments that the salary of the driver doesnt match with the expensive model. He gives an excuse, and she feeds him the number. She gives him money, saying that she cant have him overspending his meagre salary as a driver. He thinks that he would wait till the time, he can tell her about his true identity., and hopes that there’s no screw up before that. They both come out. He tries to indirectly signal sarthi to get away, and again offers her to drop her. she asks if he deserted the boss once again. he again makes up a story, trying to get sarthi to understand the implied message of going. she agrees to being dropped by him. sarthi understands and leaves the car. he takes her to the car, and they both drive off. sarthi understands that vihaan is in love.

On the road, vihaan is very happy from the inside, but pretends that he is very sad, that arushi’s relation got broken off, due to dowry, as he still hopes for a chance. when she asks why is he smiling, and he says that he is happy that her whole life got prevented from being ruined. He asks her to celebrate with a cup of tea. she says that she needs a glass of tea, that too Masal chai. She thinks that vihaan is an ardent fan of her column, and wishes to disclose her identity as the columnist, but cant say due to the confidentiality agreement with the newspaper. She smiles.

Scene 4:
Location: Vihaan’s residence
The ladies as usual, keep talking about vihaan’s marriage. When the priest arrives, mini tells them what happened, and they have a good laugh. Mini presents the kundali to priest, and the ladies ask him to inspect it. The priest tells them, that one particular girl keeps meeting him again and again, due to destiny, even though he is surrounded by girls. they are all pleasntly surprised and happy too. he tells them that vihaan shall select a girl before they do. All wonder how can vihaan himself select a girl, before them. they start concocting ideas, and amusing banter amongst them follows, discussing vihaan’s relation. they try to get granny to talk too, but she angrily asks them to do whatever they want. when the punjabi one makes mistake, granny gets furious. Granny asks them to think about something other than marriage, and asks if there’s nothing else left in life to discuss. she leaves, and they all wonder whats bothering her so much.

Nirmala goes inside to get granny milk, while she is tensed. She gives the milk, and then asks granny whats the matter and if she is fine. Granny resignedly says that there are other things that vihaan’s marriage. Nirmala asks her to spill the actual reason of her anger, as there’s something else bugging her. granny says that there’s nothing, and she is just tired of this topic. Nirmala asks her to forgive if anyone’s talks hurt or got her angry. granny smiles. nirmala leaves asking her to drink the milk. granny gets tensed, wondering how to tell them whats the reason of her anger, and tension, and hopes that it never comes out too.

Scene 5:
Location: Roadside tea stall
Arushi and vihaan celebrate with masala chai. He picks up the topic of the columnist, while she shyly smiles, as he goes onto praise her columns, oblivious that he is talking to the columnist himself. she gets lost, and he asks whats the matter. Arushi tells him that at times, she doesnt feel that he is a driver, by his talks. he amuses her that he in fact owns the company. Vihaan amusingly asks what if he was the owner of Vatsala group. Arushi gets tensed, and says that she hates lies, instantly would have sent him to his way, and left him. Arushi tells him about his meeting with Vihaan vatsala tomorrow. he gets tensed. the screen freezes on his tensed face.
